HiPer Technology Expands to Fill Key Staff Positions

LAWRENCE, Kan, Aug 21, 2006 – In response to its rapid growth, HiPer Technology, Inc has added two key positions to their staff.  The continued expansion into new markets and products necessitated the addition of key staff members to insure that the remarkable growth is continued. 

Michigan native Steve Michon originally joined HiPer Technology in May of 2004.  A valuable tooling and design asset, Steve left HiPer for established wheel manufacturer Weld Wheels in 2005 only to return a year later.  Steve rejoins HiPer as Tooling and Design Engineer.  He has been tasked with raising the level of tooling expertise and efficiency within HiPer, as well as future wheel designs and applications.

Chris Bovis joins HiPer from Heartland Park Topeka where we served as the Director of Marketing and managed the rebirth of the auto racing facility.  Chris brings a wealth of motorsports marketing knowledge not only from Heartland Park, but also previous work at Clear Channel Motorsports and Yokohama Tire Corporation.  As Director of Marketing he has been asked to build the sales and marketing division of HiPer and lay the groundwork for the upcoming new products and markets.

“Our two new staff members will help stabilize the existing wheel lines, as well as provide the foundation for the expansion into new uses for our carbon fiber technology” said Chairman and President Jim Stinehelfer.  “We look forward to their contributions to the HiPer team.”
