HiPer Achieves the Impossible
World’s First All Carbon Fiber Production Wheel Announced
LAWRENCE, Kan, February 22, 2007 – HiPer Technology has announced the world’s first all carbon fiber ATV wheel. Targeted specifically at the sport rider, the CF1 wheel will bring HiPer’s legendary performance within reach of the sport quad rider.
The wheel features a two piece modular design which includes a carbon fiber center section. This center reduces cost, weight, and complexity resulting in superior performance for the sport rider. The design features that have made HiPer’s racing Tech 3 wheel popular are retained for the CF1 including the o-ring seals, locking beadring, and quality grade eight fasteners but with a price savings of approximately 25 percent.
“The CF1 is truly a milestone product” said Jim Stinehelfer, President of HiPer. “HiPer is now able to offer a product targeted to the performance rider while relying heavily on our racing experience.”
The CF1 will be offered in both front and rear wheels with 8, 9, and 10 inch diameters. The all carbon fiber wheel will feature single and non-beadlock designs to be tailored to the specific type of riding from dunes to aggressive off road trails.
